  • Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost in Transit – If your package is lost and does not show as "delivered," please reach out. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom watercolor artwork are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrectly sent.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
