Refund Eligibility
We accept refund requests for the following reasons:
- Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost in Transit – If your package is lost and does not show as "delivered," please reach out. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items – If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom watercolor artwork are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrectly sent.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with your order number and details of the issue. If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
