Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at ruthiesartandclay21@gmail.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom watercolor artwork, cancellations for custom orders are not accepted once work has begun. If you have any concerns, please reach out before placing your order.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.
